BBF 1km Time Trial Results

Last week almost all the members of  BBF participated in a 1km time trial. It’s a super tough challenge to put everything you have into such a long distance. I have seen such amazing improvements in everyone’s fitness levels over the last few months and the results were amazing. I would like to give everyone a massive round of applause for their incredible effort!
